Cauliflower Nuggets

What you will need:

Utensils:

  • Three bowls
  • Fork
  • Oven
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper

Ingredients:

  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Cauliflower
  • Eggs
  • Flour

For the sauce:

  • Bowl
  • Fork
  • Lime
  • Mayonaise
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce

Use only enough bread crumbs, egg and flour to cover the cauliflower.

Method:

Step One: Start mise en place turn oven to 180 degrees celsius on fan forced. place the bowls along the bench put one cup of flour into the first bowl, crack two eggs into the second bowl beat them with the fork and in the third bowl place about one cup of Panko Bread Crumbs. (this along with the flour nad egg will change dependng of how much cauliflour you have)

Step Two: Cut the cauliflower a little bit bigger than bite size pieces. begin the process of placing each piece of cauliflower in the bowl of flour until it is cover in flour then go to the egg bowl and do the same. Place all the Panko covered pieces of cauliflower on the baking tray and place in the oven checking every 5 minutes.

For the sauce: squeeze one whole lime into the bowl then add two tablespoons of mayonnaise  while stirring and then add the sweet chilli sauce until it becomes a desirable orange colour.

Once the Cauliflower pieces have cooked drizzle the sauce over the top and enjoy!
